How much is shipping?

Jgame offers free USPS Ground shipping to the Continental US for all orders over $100 before taxes and eligible discounts.  Eligible customers must select "free shipping" during checkout in order to receive free shipping.  Other shipping rates will apply should you choose a quicker shipping method and can be viewed on the checkout page.

Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  A street address is required.

Please remember that deliveries are only made on a business day.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from Jgame Headquarters in New York City and are usually delivered within 5-10 business days.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Jgame offers international shipping through DHL.  Please view rates on the check-out page.

Please be aware that Jgame does not have control of duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.
